i appreciated the hotel's location as it was near many restaurants. the central station and the anne frank house were easily accessible by foot. the hotel rooms featured effective air conditioning i found the staff accommodating .
the shampoo and body wash dispensers in the shower provided only a small amount of product i found this somewhat inconvenient. i needed to pump several times to get enough soap. the product itself did not lather very well

My "large luxury double room bath canal view" wasn't exactly luxurious. It was just... large. the canal view was mostly of other buildings, not much water. the bathroom fixtures seemed a bit loose, less than ideal

I found the location central, offering easy access to many attractions. I liked the canal view from my room. It was lovely. The staff provided useful restaurant tips for a more local experience. The rooms looked clean and well-designed.
The pillows in the room were not standard size, which affected sleep quality. The bathroom had a step up to enter and felt very compact. A longer stay might have been less comfortable because of this bathroom setup.

the location was acceptable , offering convenient access to nearby attractions.
i found the breakfast service disappointing , since it was discontinued without prior notice at check-in. the only staff member present seemed overburdened. i was told there were no managers available when i wanted to complain and that i should just send an email. at over ÂŁ300 a night , i definitely expected a much better experience.
